HIPTIPICO - the start of conscious living
Over the past few months I have been learning the ins and outs of blogging and deciding what type of voice I want to have. Living where I do in Florida there is SO MUCH unique handmade work and art markets almost every week so I love to immerse myself into that culture. Being in this atmosphere has inspired me to start being more conscious and finding products that I not only love, but also will help make an impact! There's a brand I have long admired for their beautiful artisan work and a wonderful story to go along with it. Check out these camera straps! Hand embroidered by artisans in Guatemala that is inspired by the Mayan culture to empower families and their communities.
This week I finally got in my very own Hiptipico strap and immediately set up a shoot to get some photos of it's beauty! My friend Tori is the MOST TALENTED photographer so we hit the streets of St. Augustine for some fun and photos. These straps are wonderful quality, double sided print, and super durable if you have a heavy camera. For the sake of the photos, I strapped mine to one of my vintage cameras for some fun :) My strap features beautiful hand embroidered multi-colored flowers and hand stamping on the leather. If you know me, you know I can never resist anything embroidered, and this was no exception! If looking to purchase, use code HipAmigos for a discount and I can't wait to see where you take your Hiptipico!
